VIDEO:“It’s Israel that needs regime change” — says Max Blumenthal

During his appearance on The Jimmy Dore Show on January 19, 2026, American journalist Max Blumenthal argued that Israel represents a global-scale threat. According to him, it is Israel—not other actors in the Middle East—that requires regime change and international intervention.

“It’s Israel that needs regime change. It’s Israel that we need military intervention there. It’s Israel that threatens the whole of humanity, not just the region, but the whole of humanity, a nuclear-armed, psychotic, genocidal state that’s proud of just committing this two-year-long Holocaust of children.” (Dore, 2026)

Blumenthal’s statements are situated within a broader context in which various international human rights organizations and UN bodies have concluded that a genocide is taking place in Gaza.
